Syntax for Recipient?

If I have an email message that has 20+ recipients in the To: field, or CC: field, and I am arrowing left and right through those addresses, how do I get the recipient that is under the current cursor? Would I need to use the ActiveExplorer.Selection? What would be th syntax?
