SyncToy suggestion

I use SyncToy in echo mode. It seems SyncToy only works on file level, not on
folder level? When I delete some folders on the "Left Folder'' the files in
those folders are deleted on the "Right Folder" but the deleted folders on
the left are NOT deleted on the right. The same 'problem' occurs when you
create a new folder on the "left Folder", it is not created on the "Right
Folder".

Please try out the new SyncToy 2.0 Beta release (download from
microsoft.com/downloads) which fixes this issue.
