SyncToy Reset

Sometimes SyncToy has errors due lack of space BUT unfortunately it then
fails to redo the "contribute" again when the space is made available. If the
SyncToyDirectoryId.txt files are deleted then the backup works correctly.

A nice feature would be a "Redo/Restart" button that performs the backup
from scratch ignoring any stored records.
