Synctoy Problem

I'm using Synctoy to backup up my primary laptop to my secondary one. I have
the folder pairs set to "contribute" and I have also excluded certain
directories from being synchronized. Unfortunately those excluded
directories are still being copied over.

Is what I'm trying to do even possible? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

One more problem I encounter is that it crash if the folder or file has
double-byte character, eg Chinese !!

Hi,

Sorry for the bugs you're running into. Can I request you to try out the new
SyncToy 2.0 Beta release (download from microsoft.com/downloads) and see if
you still have the same issues.
