Windows XP SyncToy anyone using it ?

Microsoft Windows XP PowerToys November 2005 SyncToy can help you synchronize, copy, backup and maintain folders of files on your computers.


This seems to be a good solution but after running it the old familiar "freeze up".
Anyone using this with success ?
