SyncToy 1.2 - persists after -R

I've hoped to be able to use SyncToy as a simple daily backup(echo) tool. The
only thing is, I don't know how to make SyncToy exit after it does the job.
I'm using it from scheduled tasks with the -R option. Is there some option
for "exit after jobs complete".
(Sorry, but I can't find it in .chm (and -? /? -help -H /h /help) doesnt
contain anything on this topic.

There does not seem to be any solution, however, I've narrowed down my
problem to be the same as the problem in this thread:
<href="SyncToy - Can it run as a
service?">http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/...d8-16d80cb320c9&cat=&lang=&cr=&sloc=en-us&p=1</href>

(Exception: It is invalid to show a modal
dialog or form when the application is not running in UserInteractive mode.)

The SyncToy does not sync, and stays open in background - one has to kill it
with TaskMan.
