Syncronizing calenders

Hi,

Is it possible in Outlook 2007 to syncronize to PDA calenders with one
calender file i Outlook? This to ensure that two co-workers knows each others
schedule?

All would depend on the synchronization application that your are using.
Outlook is not the limiting factor in this scenario.
