Syncing Outlook with other devices

I use Outlook 2003, a Dell AXIM, and a Blackberry. Prior to a disk drive
crash everything was fine. Now for Calendar, Notes, Contact, and Tasks, I
have two of each - one points to my PST file & the other to the Exchange
Server. It seems that my BB syncs to the Echange Server and I get wireless
updates. However, the AXIM is syncing to the PST stuff. This creates an
issue with having to update both to keep the devices updated. I am thinking
I need to have the AXIM sync to the exchange server stuff, but cannot seem to
figure that out. Or, is there a way that if I always update the Exchange
server files I can have them update the PST files?

Thanks

The first question would be why are you using a .PST with an Exchange
Server? If you set Outlook's default delivery location to be your Exchange
Server Mailbox, you'll be syncing both devices with the Exchange Server. If
you need your email available offline, consider using an .OST instead.

Not sure of all that is involved with Exchange, but they give us limited
Exchange space for message storage so we also use a PST file to save mail. I
am not sure how everything got messed up, but it seems I just got it resolved
today. The on site PC guy changed the how the mail is delivered and now
everything is syncing properly. Not sure if that really explains everything,
but it's working now.

Yes, he probably reset the delivery location from your .PST to your Exchange
Mailbox, which is what I suggested.

OK, I'll buy that. I like to think I'm a technical guy, but have to admit
that Outlook throws me for a loop.
