Synchronizing multiple PST files

In order to work around the Exchange storage limits, my users have
taken to creating multiple PST files to archive their mail. Each PST
can be between 500MB and 1.5GB in size and each user has 3 or more PSTs
active at one time.

I would like to keep a copy of these PSTs to the file server for backup
purposes, but have been unable to find a way to get them up to the
server. We have tried using Offline Folders in Windows XP, but it does
not support PSTs. We have tried using SyncToy, but it copies the
entire file as a whole and my users don't have the patience to wait for
4GBs to replicate across the network.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have then create a scheduled task that runs each night and copies the PST to
a file server for backup. Outlook should be closed when this runs or you
may not get a good copy of the PSTs.

That would be perfect in a perfect world. But I forgot to add that these
users are using laptops and they take them home with them every night.

What I'm looking for is some sort of utility that would synchronize just the
additions to the PST during normal business hours.

So far all of the utilities that I have found will only synchronize 1 PST
pair at a time.

Microsoft sells a application that will replicate files (any file, not just
PSTs). It's a server-based product, I believe, but I can't recall its name
at the moment.
