Synchronization Manager on XP - GPO related?

I keep unchecking automatically sync when logging off, but everytime I
restart or log off, that setting is checked again. Is that a GPO setting
somewhere. I disabled the following in the Offline Files section of GP

Synchronize all offline files before logoff

And
Prohibit user configuration of Offline Files is Not configured

I figured it out. I had TWO redirection pilicies applied to that OU, thus
the 2nd policy had the automatic sync when logging off disabled. I set both
policie to Not Configured.
