Synchronization deleted messages between outlook and gmail

I have set up my outlook to read my gmail account. Is there a way to synch
the deleted messages so that if I delete from outlook it deletes from gmail
or if I delete from gmail it deletes from outlook?

With an IMAP account, sure.
