Synchronising multiple calendars within outlook

My outlook 2002 configuration contains a person folders
(all mail is deliverd here) and an Exchange account for
retrieving mails and calendar from a client's server.

The nice thing is that all mail including appointments end
up in my personal folders so that I have one calendar
containing (almost) everything.

Not so nice: it of course doesn't do this the other way
around: if I accept appointments coming from the exchange
server, they are put in my local calendar and not in the
exchange calendar. Also, items put in my calender (not
through appointments are synchrinised in the excahnge
calendar but do not appear in the personal folders
calendar.

How can I synchronise these two calendars that I have in
my Outlook? I now have access to all calendars from my
portable, but I spend too much time copying appointments
from one calendar to another. The results remains: my
agenda is still not always up to date.
