Synchronising Access & Windows Sharepoint

Hi, I have exported a query in Access to Windows Sharepoint. Is there any
way to:
a) create a form for this in Sharepoint &
b) snychronise any record I change locally with Sharepoint (& vice versa)

Thanks for any words of wisdom.

File | Get External Data | Link Tables | Sharepoint | Choose Sharepoint Site
List that you exported to.

This will link to the list. Make your updates to this linked table and
changes will sync with the sharepoint list.
