synching my blackberry gets error message "user not id'd"

I can't get my blackberry to synch to my home computer. (Office computer
works fine) I get an erro message "user not indentied. Forbidden" and am
asked to correct my passworf and user id. Where do I do that or find that on
Outlook?

Is this a personal phone or provided by work?

The admin may have a policy in effect to prevent syncing with home
computers - allowing sync only with computers on the work network.
