Sync with Pocket PC

I am trying to sync my iPAQ h2200 with Outlook 2002. I
get a message that no profile has been created. This is
not the case. No matter what I try, I can not sync my
Pocket PC with Outlook. Any suggestions?

is this no profile in activesync or no profile in outlook ?

This is no profile created in Outlook. I have my profile,
and I have Outlook open when I try to sync.
