Please forgive my ignorance if this is wrong place to post. I have been
using outlook 2003 for email, Lotus organizer and sync these with activesync
and itellisync to my WM5 PDA.

I switched internet carriers and now have MSN premium. I would like to know
if..

1, If I change to Outlook 2007 will it sync with MSN premium. Do I use
these connector that comes with MSN premium?

2. Can I the sync Outlook 2007 with my WM5 PDA? What program do I need to
use?

I am using Windows NT. Do I have to change versions?

Thank you!

1) Yes

2) Yes, as long as you create your mail profile with MSN Premium as the
default mail account
For Windows XP you can use ActiveSync and for Windows Vista you can use
Windows Mobile Device Center.

Thank you. I have all the correct programs but I still cannot get it to
work!

Can you possibly refer me to a detailed set of instructions? I

have spent hours talking to customer service, but everyone passes me to the
next person (outlook to MSN, MSN to outlook, MSN/Outlook to my internet
provider and so on).
