sync windows mail and callendar with Windows mobile 5 apliccations

Does anybody knows how can I sync windows mail and callendar with Windows
mobile 5 aplications?

You cannot. Windows Mobile 5 will only sync with Microsoft Office Outlook
or a Microsoft Exchange Server.
