Sync Toy Flash Drive Problems

I have had microsoft sync toy now for a while for my basic synchronization
between my flashdrive and my documents. Now as my music and program file
library continues to expand, I have had to split my hard-drives into seperate
partitions. I now have one for my music and one for my downloads. I also have
a folder setup on my flash drive for my common music and downloads.

I have told sync toy NOT to include these files on its Synchronization
between it and my documents but every time I run it, it still wants to copy
them accross.

Can anyone help me please? I have everything setup as NTFS.

Is anyone able to help me or have microsoft created yet another dodgy bugged
product and I have to look for other software
