SYNC TOY "ACCESS DENIED" errors

I have got sync toy all set up, left folder, right folder etc. All folders
are set for sharing---firewalls off on both computers---I can move files
manually back and forth between folders, but when using synctoy I get error
message "ACCESS DENIED" Anyone know what I am doing wrong????? Thanks
