Switchboard Macro

I have created an AutoExec Macro, which opens the switchboard but this also
allows the user to get to tables, forms, queries options.

How can i hide these from the user everytime the database is opened and how
could i display them when i need them.

Don,

If you go to the Tools Menu, and choose Startup, you will find a whole host
of goodies, such as renaming your 'application' and hiding the database
window.

However, this window, whilst hidden, is not completely unaccessible. As
long as you do not disable to the special function keys, you can show the
database window by pressing F11 (or F12, I forget).

Alternatively, pressing and holding the Shift key when entering the
database bypasses the autoexec routines and the startup options.

Hope that helps

John
