Switch off reminders

Hi

I'm running Outlook XP and I want to disable the pop up messages that remind
me that an appointment is due. I can uncheck the default reminder in my
calendar options but this only seems to affect appointments generated by me.

I just want to stop any reminders appearing irrespective of whether the
appointment was created by me or it was sent to me, without removing the
reminder on each individual appointment.

Tools, Options, Other tab - Advanced Options.
Click Reminder Options. Clear the Display Reminders checkbox.
