svchost.exe error! PLEASE HELP!

Lately I have been receiving errors that have the do with svchost.exe. The
error message say it may be because svchost.exe is incompatible with Windows
Vista. But, I know that svchost.exe is an important part of Vista, and should
be completely compatible. About five minutes after I tell the error message
to go away, it comes back. This has been happening all day. I have tried many
fixes which are aimed toward deleting a worm that is hijacking svchost.exe
with no success. Please help! I can get a screenshot of the error message if
needed.

Get a good anti-virus, update it, and run it in Safe Mode.
