suspend mode

In response- AOL said their service is not at fault- I
get on line they haven't suspended me- The computer
starts properly I have no problems with the internet etc.
I just want to know how do you put the computer in
suspend mode - what soes it mean to be in suspend mode-
and how do you undo it- Did i hit a key? etc.. Thanks a
lot for any ideas!!

Click start---help and support---type in suspend and click the search button.

That's not at all what your first post conveyed. Consult your
PC's manual for the computer's power management capabilities, and then
configure WinXP accordingly.
