SUS on NT4 domain

ok, have downloaded SUS update deployment guide, tried to set registry
key to:
Registry Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Micrsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU\

except all (500) of my pc's don't have WindowsUpdate\AU\ after key?

but it does have it under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto
Update

when i apply the change here the systems still go out to internet? and
yes i have rebooted?

What am i missing?

You need to be adding the registry values in the correct location. This may
including adding the key.

oh so what your saying is ADD the key if not there? thought so but
didn't want to add it until someone replied stating that..
