SUS issues

I have installed SUS on the server and even check the
website.

In reality:
On the server that I am working on, I did not find the
windows update under the default group policy. Like
computer configuration->Administrative templates->windows
components->
So what happened to windows update? How can I install it?
Don't tell me it's one of those Microsoft bugs?
The server I am working on is W2K with SP4 and all the
latest updates.
