Survey response cut off

I have a survey where responses are submitted to an e-mail address. It
contains quite a variety of questions, including text boxes, text areas,
drop-down menus, etc. When I pretest, I notice that some of the last few
question responses are cut off or missing in the email. I have checked to
make sure the number of characters in the text areas that I pretest are not
exceeding the maximum and there are no validation commands set. Any advice??
Thanks in advance. Vanessa

Is the form set to send the email in an HTML format? If so, change it
to a text only format, using HTML can drop entire fields from the
results.

Hello, and thank you for your suggestion.
It was set to HTML, although we've done past surveys with it set to HTML and
that's never been an issue. I tried setting the e-mail results tab's e-mail
format to the different text options but my issue is that I prefer to have
all the question names and then all the responses listed in 2 "paragraphs"
(how it comes in using HTML) so it's easier to copy and paste into an Excel
document.
Any other thoughts as to what's going on and/or how to fix it?
Thanks again!

The fix is to use the text format when using the FP Form Handler or use a custom written
server-side form handler based on what is supported by your web host

Thanks to you both. I did not realize there is a 3,073 general character
limit, but whatever I test out, if I copy and paste the questions and results
into a Word document, I find only 3,073 each time. I guess I will have to
shorten my questionnaire! Many thanks again for the help provided. ~~ Vanessa
