surf with errors

I'm running windowsxp pro, and whenever I surf the net I get an error
message that states web page found but with errors and then it slowly pulls
up the website.

Any idea what may be causing this to pop up?

What version of IE are you using? Try updating to IE 7, and applying all
Windows Updates to your computer.

Also, try updating: Flash Player, Shockwave, Windows Media Player, and JRE.

As for why it's slow, that's either because you either have a slow Internet
service / connection, older computer / not enough RAM, or maybe you have some
malware on your computer. If you don't already have antimalware programs
running, you should get them and scan / clean your computer.
