Supressing macros

I have a database with 3 switchboards. One of the switchboards is full and
will not allow me to add the command to return to the main switchboard, so I
created a macro to do this. I also have a macro to print a report on the
same switchboard. My problem is, both of these macros appear on all my
switchboards and are only specific to the one. Is there a way I can supress
the macros on all switchboard forms except the one I need them for?

Thanks,
Teri.

Thank you for checking to see what my problem is, but I have gotten around
the whole issue and no longer need help.

Thanks anyway!
Teri.
