superscript 4

There are superscripts 1, 2 and 3 on the Symbol panel. I like to
insert a superscript 4 to a document. Thanks a lot for teaching.

Type a 4, select it, and press Ctrl-Shift-+. Alternatively, type the 4,
select it, and use your mouse to select Format - Font - Superscript.

You can superscript anything you want with those two options.
