Windows XP Supanet broadband and w2k hibernate probs

I have installed Supanet broadband using a Zoom ADSL Modem on a pc running windows 2000. When shutting down I can select the hibernate option but when restarting windows the resume fails and the pc restarts iteself asking me to abort the resume. This has only happened since installing the braodband!

Does anyone have any ideas on this? I have installed new drivers which came with the installation cd
