Suddenly receiving prompts that attachments cant open

Whenever I try to open a new message with an attachment, I receive an
unwanted prompt stating " Could not open one or more attachments" Then I hit
enter or ok once or sometimes twice and it opens.???????????HELPPPPPP

Try claring the Outlook Seciure Temp folder.
