Suddenly cannot start Outlook 2003

Hi,
This afternoon I had to do a reboot after installing a version of WindowsVM
and since then I have been unable to start Outlook 2003.
I get this error every time :-
'Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists.'
I'm running XP v5.1 SP2 and am not part of a network. I've great internet
connection so no problem there.

Any help would be much appreciated.
