sudden reboot while playing games on high qualities

this is what win xp says after he starts up again (critical error orso)

reboots in games like bf2 (always) and ut2004 (only sometimes).

i have tested tested my hardware with burnintest and that gives in most
of the times a failure like "video memory corruption".

pentium 4
3,4 ghz
512 memory
geforce 6610 xl 128 mb
and i've got the newest geforce driver i thought

anyone has an idea what the problem is and how i can fix it?
