I have two hard drives, the master drive has 4 partitions
(C/D/E/F) and the slave drive has one partion (G).
After a fresh 2K install and a few days af setting
everything up I was moving all files from my master drive,
partition /D to my slave drive partion /G. Near the end of
the tranfer I get an error saying that my /D artition is
not formated, do I want to format, I said NO. I can no
longer access that drive partition /D on the master drive
(Windows see's the D/ partition, but as an unformated
partition). What happened to that partition and the files
on that partion?. Windows seems to "all in a sudden" see
it only as an un-formated partion.
This is a brand new 200 GB hard drive with NO partition
over 137 GB. Everyting set-up fine and out of the blue I
have this partition problem. Any advice? I'm guessing
that my only option is to re-format that partition, but why
did this happen and will it happen agian to this partion or
another partitions on the master drive in the future?
