Sudden Bad Performance

W

I have a P3 633 MHZ celeron with 2 hard drives, a CD Rom and a CD
Writer.

The C drive has 40GB free space available and F: 312 MB and G: 1.6GB
(F and G is same physicial drive) .

RAM is 327 MB.
From about 2 weeks ago the performance has gone very bad. Starting
Windows takes forever and opening programs anything from 1 minture to
10 minutes.
I ran CHKDSK and noe bad sectors were found. I did a defrag on the c
drive but no improvement. AVG antivirus did not return any threats and
Spybot only returns 2 entries calles isa or LSA but when trying to fix
this it says it can't. I do not know it that has got anything to do
with it. Even the opening of the different submenus on the start menu
take forever to update with the correct captions and labels.

Here is a list of what is running in my processes:

I would try a few different spyware removers. Spy Sweeper, Ad aware,
Spyware Doctor. Do a google search for them.
