such a basic front page question I am embarassed to ask

My church has asked me to help them with there website. The youth
pastor has taken another job at another church and he had built the
website with front page. I assumed that front page came with office
suite but I can not find it. Is it hidden somewhere, like a tool
option wiithin word? I searched all the computers I have access to for
"front page" with the Windows search option and came up with a folder
but no exe. file. I emailed the youth pastor and he says that it was
on the churches laptop but I looked and could not find it. My question
is, "Where is the program located in Windows and if I do not have it
is front page free to download?

The last that I recall FP coming with Office was the
2000-Premium edition.

You have to buy it. Older versions did come with some versions of Office
but the newer versions were sold as standalone programs.
