Submit Form - Emailed to address

I have checked with my server provider and they support functions in MS
Frontage. My problem is that I have done everything that I know. I am trying
to find out what I am missing. When I click on Submit request a dial log box
pop on my end saying that I have to enter my user name and password. But on
the customer end it says that there was an error with ms frontpage and to
contact the webmaster. Please help what am I missing. I am about to trash the
page and try again.

If you have set the form to write to a file, make sure the file is located in the _private folder.
If the file is in the _private folder, your web host need to correct the permissions.

I am not sending it to a file I am wanting it e-mailed to me.

Ok, then you are testing the form on the live/remote server that has the FP extensions, correct?

Have you check with your web host to see if you are allowed or they have configured the FP
extensions to process form email?
