Subform problem on Report. Please Help!

Hello,

I have a main form and a subform. Everything on the form works fine. On my
report, everything from the main form pulls fine but the subform is giving me
a problem. It gives me the information correctly however, it giving me the
field names for each record. I only want the field name to show once and then
the records to show under. I do have everything in the details section though
which may be causing the problem but the field names from my main form are in
the page header. What can I do to fix this?

Also, if my subform has three records, there is a large blank space in
between each record. I have the Page Footer up to the bottom of the fields
but it still there. How do I get rid of this as well?

I never have this problem until I use subforms. I don't like them because I
don't know much about them as far as querying and reports. But you do what
you gotta do.

Thanks All!!!

My guess is that you figured out that you needed to show the Form embedded
in the Subform Control in continuous forms view rather than single form
view.

In any case, it might be helpful to someone in the future, searching the
archives for this question, if you told HOW you solved the problem.

I placed the labels of the main form in the Page Header of the report and the
fields of the main form in a group header. I placed the labels of the subform
in a different group header and the fields of the subform in the details
section and it seem to work fine.

I would like for the subform labels not to show as a heading for each day
within a group but it's fine for what it's needed for.

My subform is in Datasheet view embedded in the main form.
