Style Seperator prints as a box

I have one User that when she prints a document with style separtors, where
the style separator is positioned in the document, prints as a small box. I
have checked settings to no avail. I can send the same document under a
different login to same printer and it prints correctly -- What am I
missing. (Word 2003)

I haven't seen this particular error myself, but from your description it
certainly seems as if there is something wrong with the user's installation.
Have you tried repairing her Word installation?
