I'm shocked, I have spent many hours in front of a blue light screen for the past 22 years. I'm afraid I'll go blink now, what am I supposed to do now? I bet I can't even sue the manufacturers cause they'll argue they warned us.

The Fast Company article links to some interesting papers and articles, it's fairly well balanced. As to whether blue light is good or bad, I agree with @nivrip that there are probably good and bad points. As with most things in life, best enjoyed in moderation

I remember the same thing was said about watching TV in the fifties and sixties. Despite watching 'Watch With Mother' five days a week I'm still to this day relatively sane and free of palm hair.

Thanks flop, this makes me feel better. I was thinkin, Bill Gates is my hero, he's been staring at computer screen since the 70's, and he's not blind. So I probably have nothing to worry about.
