Student teacher needs help

I would like to print out a list of Access icons to create a quiz for my
high school students. I will have them match the icons to a list that
explains what each one does. I can create the explanations in Word but I need
pictures of the icons for the students to match them to.

I would copy and paste the screen into Paint. Then use the square selection
tool tou outline an icon and copy it, then paste it into your Word document.

Use Alt-PrintScrn to take screen shots of the icons, save them into Word
file, and then crop/resie the images as you wish inside Word.

Here are some other solutions.

If you are using Access 97, go to this web site:

http://www.zada.com.au/accessaddins.htm#access97

Download the free "Command Bar Face ID Viewer". This
installs a simple Access Add-In which will show you on a
series of tabs all of the Office icons.

I just right-click on any icon, select "Copy Button Image",
open Word and select paste. Poof, the icon appears in Word.
You could paste it into Paint and play with it as well.

I don't think they have the utility for 2000, 2002 or 2003 but
I'm not 100% sure.

If you use Access 2000, 2002, 2003, or even 97 here is
another easy way to do this.
1. Go to View | Toolbars | Customize
2. From here you can look at all the various menu and
toolbars. If you find an icon you like just right-click on
it and select "Copy Button Image."
3. Now you can just open up Word or Paint and Paste it into there.

Bada bing, like magic!
