stuck in serious error loop

My computer is stuck in a "The system has recovered from
a serious error" loop. Whether I "Send" or "Don't Send"
the report, the serious error window keeps popping up.
Can you tell me what to do? It has been 3 days, between
which I have shut down the computer each night... so that
didn't help.
