Stubborn Links....

Hello all,

I'm having trouble with the home page link on my site. It is a makeshift
nav bar I placed in my border. Lots of other links on the site and they
work. This one shows up underlined and colored as I want it in the preview
but the link doesn't work. Any ideas?.....
