STRIPED RAID RECOVERY AFTER POST MUP.SYS FREEZE

I HAVE A WINDOWS XP SYSTEM THAT FREEEEEZES AFTER MUP.SYS, BUT I DON'T WANT TO
GO THERE. I AM USING A LINUX SSYHSTEM THAT RUNS MEMORY TESTS WITHOUT BOOTING
IN...

ANYWAY, MY QUESTION IS: THE RAID ARRAY IS RECIGNISED BEFORE XP STARTS UP -
IT IS RUN OFF A RAID CARD AND IS HARDWARE BASED RATHER THAN SOFTWARE. HOW
CAN I RECIVER THE DATA ON THE RAID IF I HAVE TO BUILD A NEW MACHINE ?

First - how's that keyboard?
Is the Caps Lock key stuck?
Posts composed in all upper case is difficult to read for most and
considered shouting by many. It would be a better idea to use mixed case
when posting on an Internet Newsgroup (or actually - anywhere.)

Second - if your RAID array is hardware based and said RAID array does not
contain your Windows XP installation... You have little to no problem.
Install your Operating System on the other drive and boot up - install
whatever RAID drivers (if any) you need to monitor and recognize your array
in Windows XP and access your data.

If it contains your operating system, you may want to try a repair
installation to regain access to your data.

Otherwise you could use a Knoppix CD or the Windows Ultimate Boot CD or a
plain old BartPE CD to access the files on the hard drives and transfer the
ones you want elsewhere...
