strange request

I have recently installed an ISP CD to set up my new
cable connection. That install dumped the ISP's logo into
my browser activity animation indicator in the upper
right hand corner. I am using IE ver 6 SP1 and I would
like to know if there is a way to restore the original
activity animation indicator, without reinstalling IE.
