Just lately I have been getting weird text formats with both receiving and in
the help files within Outlook Express in Windows XP SP3. This is the sort of
things that are happening:

Does any-one know what can be causing this sort of thing, as I said this
sort of thing has just started happening. The above text is out of the
Outlook help files, it seems that something is corrupted but I don't know how
to fix it.
