Strange file on Desktop

A file has appeared on my desktop which has system attributes.
Its name is " Another PDF file from Jazz list for you."
I have tried to delete it but get the following error message :
Cannot delete file: Cannot read from the source file or disk.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of it ?

I think that is a virus. I have had an email which said "A virtual card for
you" and it killed my computer. Luckily we could get our money back but we
were pretty miffed. Otherwise rightclick on it and properties. Look at the
filename and then search your computer for it. If it comes up then delete it
from there. Hope my info helped im new to this!!!

Many thanks for this...unfortunately I still cannot delete it .

Meanwhile I have run Norton Anti-virus on it and it says there are no
problems.

Just out of curiosity, wasn't "A virtual card for you" a hoax rather than a
virus? Did you get any more details about the "killing" of your pc?

When all else fails try using Killbox. It has helped me out on a couple of
occasions.
