Strange Error When Emailing A Report

I have a report that is routinely emailed in Access 2k. The computer with
Access 2k has Outlook 2003 installed. The report runs and the user typically
uses the file -> send to -> Mail Recipient (as attachment) to send the report
to whomever. Normally this works, but this user gets an error that says:
Mircosoft Outlook can't send a message for the reason in the preceding Alert.

However there is no previous alert. The error occurs regardless of the
output format as snapshot or rich text etc. Has anyone seen this before? I've
gotten security errors before but typically only when I'm automating via VBA
not from Microsofts built in menus.

I'd first find out if it is the sender or the receiver that is causing the
error.

It is the sender. I've been doing some checking and this appears to be
related to MS's security update for Outlook 2003. I find it strange that MS
would put out an update that would break their own File -> Send To
functionality. Any ideas why this is happening?
