Storage Quota not available- Sign in not happening

Dear Sir,

I added 2 of my hot mail account in the Outlook. ( (e-mail address removed) &
(e-mail address removed))

Following errors are getting displayed after opening Outlook
1. addition of 1st email id into outlook occured properly but display of
"email id could not sign in" was freqently displayed in the display board
below.
2. Addition of 2nd e-mail id was not happening and the error which is
getting displayed is " Outlook connector is available only for subscribers"

In Conclusion both my e-mail id's are not working or not getting
synchronized with Outlook

Please help.

Did you convert the accounts to Live accounts? Did you try uninstalling and
reinstalling the connector?
