Stop using VNC - how

M

We use VNC to help users across our WAN. Works fine but I'm thinking the new
XP Remote Desktop may be better. The problem is every time I try to login to
someones machine, it causes them to logoff. How do I share a desktop session
just like I can in VNC? That way I can see what the user sees.

One important detail to know in relation to the Remote Assistance feature:

In a domain, you can utilize "offer remote assistance" to allow admins to
offer remote assistance without the invitation process which is normally
required.

Use "offer remote assistance" as a search string in Help and Support to find
the relevant KB citations about how to enable this in your environment.
